Vaccination Policy
As part of our risk mitigation plan, the Board has decided that from now, until further notice, all personnel on site at the club must be vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes all members, staff and contractors. A single dose is the minimum requirement. Please use this form to upload your Vaccination document into the club’s system. This process will ensure the safety of all members, their guests and our staff. Once registered, a member’s vaccination status will be retained on file and kept safe under our Privacy Policy.
